Caesar Halleluja has an important role at the Guandong Factory. When he eats magic fortune cookies baked by his girlfriend Chieko Momuza, Caesar changes into Sharknife, a ninja robot who protects the restaurant, the girl, and the customers from the monsters Obra Ravenga, a monster-creating yakuza, sends their way.
