i read this book as part of a book club and i think i couldn’t have chosen a better time in my life to do that. the central theme of burnout and trying to find healing within a capitalist system felt very relevant and relatable to me. the writing was easy to digest too!

side note: i’m just nitpicking here but a lot of korean terms were used as is without being translated. readers who don’t speak korean will have to search the meanings up themselves and that can be time-consuming. it would’ve been nice if this had been taken into consideration for the translation.
