It's a light book, very quick to read. In technical aspects, it's pretty average.
The story is fine, it's the journey of Nora Seed through a path of self acceptance and improvement. It's a good ride but by the synopsis I thought it'd be more interesting.
I think it can be pretty useful for people to think about their own lives. You know, it's like being present in the therapy of someone else, without the real struggle of having to experiment it yourself. Self help is that way.
So, in short, this is a self-help book.
