Jonathan Haidt: The Anxious Generation (2024, Penguin Publishing Group)

This book validated so much of my own childhood. That's both a relief and an increasingly scary feeling.

Several parts of the book are candid about interpreting studies somewhat subjectively, which I find to be a positive thing as it leaves room open for other opinions while solidifying a very plausible narrative.

Overall, I would recommend this book to every parent, even more so to would-be parents. Protecting our kids (and ourselves) from big tech is no easy feat, however awareness is the first step.
