This is a paranormal romance with an interesting premise: there are preternatural creatures that feed off of talented artists, and there's a secret society of people who try to stop them.

The execution of the premise is ... almost there? I feel like this could be really good, with one more run through the draft-and-rewrite cycle. It just feels a little bit stilted, a bit more formulaic than she probably meant it to come off.

It's still an entertaining read, and for $0 on the Kindle store, I regret nothing. It made my lunch breaks at work better for several weeks.
