That was definitely interesting! While sections on mimoids (is exmplained in the book) didn't give me that much, the sections on academic pursuits (and believe schools! and failures!) had me chuckling internally. I couldn't really find myself in any of the characters, but I enjoyed the plot nonetheless. I also only afterwards read that Lem wasn't the biggest fan of this translation, so I might check it out in German at some point in time
