LC reviewed The Three-Body Problem by Cixin Liu (Three-Body Trilogy, #1)

The story is fresh, imaginative. A very cool concept about humanity, control and faith.
Narratively speaking, I don't know if it's because of the writer or the translator, but the narration and dialogues are dull. Another thing to consider, this is a heavily plot-driven book. Take that as a warning, since most characters are plain and just serve the story purpose.
Even with that wooden words, it was very enjoyable, I liked that the narration went back and forth while dealing with the secrets. If this gets a movie it'd be pretty cool.
