This was just another page turner; very similar to, yet very different from, the prevous novels in this series, they always keep you turning the pages, and this is no different. Not to mention that special something that comes from reading a novel with characters based in your own town.

This book only served to force the reader to want more; leaves you off at a sort of cliff hanger, I'd say. But I have to agree with other readers on this, the move Cayleb made to make Nahrmahn part of his empire at a relatively high rank was clever. instead of fighting someone who is plotting against you, convince them to plot and scheme for your side.
